Licenses and Subscriptions- Understanding the
Difference
  • Licenses
  • What an organization purchases (i.e. 500 seats of
MyWorld Grade 6 for 1 year)
  • Subscriptions
  • The relationship between the licensed product and
an individual user (i.e. Mrs. Jones is subscribed
    to MyWorld Grade 6)
  • Note  Sometimes subscriptions count against
seats (in the case of students), and sometimes
they dont (in the case of teachers).
