With the constant expansion of humanity and large
scale development, the earths natural resources
are being ruthlessly exploited with maximum
exploitation happening on water bodies. With
depletion of water tables across continents,
focus is now on better water management so that
humanity does not see a water stressed
tomorrow. One of the key features of water
management is its accurate measurement of water
usage, monitoring of wasteful usage, stopping of
large scale pilferage and better distribution
network. Any system that provides an intelligent
solution to all the aspects of water management
is the need of the hour and MicroSync Suite is
just the answer. With its inbuilt intelligent
processor, MicroSync Suite provides not only
accurate reading remotely, but also provides
information which helps providers to monitor and
regulate water distribution and usage upto the
last point in the distribution chain

• Product Description
• MicroSync Suite is an advanced Automatic Water
  Management System.
• The systems inbuilt software measures the
  consumption, processes and then transmits the
  data ( encrypted ) over the wireless platform to
  the central data base for data management and
  billing procedure.
• The Hardware consist of the standard water meter
  of various sizes from 15mm to 150 mm ( for
  industrial purposes ), a digital display to show
  the historical consumption of a consumer.
• Following package is offered by us
• Complete Metering System- This includes meter
  and the AMR technology installed with the meter.
  This is a complete solution.
• Implementing AMR solution on existing Bulk
  Meters- Bulk Meters already installed by the
  provider ( sizes upward from 50 mm )which are
  magnetic coupled are being offered to be
  converted into AMR meters. This will give huge
  advantage to a provider who has already invested
  in the meters and will not like to invest further
  in the meter.

Functions and Features Its an electronic meter
which does not have any mechanical moving parts
like wheals gears (counter mechanism). Meter
body is made of Copper Alloy consisting of
copper, zinc and other metals. Withstands higher
pressure. The inbuilt processor counts the
consumption from magnetic coupler then stores the
value on time base and send it to remote server
at predetermined time as set by the provider.
50MIPS (Mega instruction per sec.) processor is
used for the purpose. An inbuilt Real Time Clock
(RTC) ensures automatic time setting and
synchronization with the server. All events like
power failure, battery low and tampering
conditions are recorded along with date and time
in memory. Inbuilt flash memory ensures back up
memory of upto 72 readings along with time and
event stamp. Data retrieval is thereby ensured
even in cases of meter damage. Communication
happens between meter and server on a one to one
basis over GSM network. The system is ideal for
economizing operational cost over long
period. Comes with a rechargeable battery with a
life span of 5 years for uninterrupted
measurement and primary backup during power
outage. The system is directly plugged in to the
main supply(110 to 270V AC) or a solar panel
(Optional) for battery recharging. Charging
current below 10mA at ideal condition. Maximum
power required for charging works out to less
than 4 watt. .

proprietary software which can be easily
integrated with third party billing system In
built features helps providers design customized
billing packages for different segment of
customers Internal controls made easy. Helps in
tamper detection, wastages and cost cutting
Server module and Software Installed on a Intel
Pentium4 and above compatible PC or
Server. Software runs on Microsoft Windows 2007,
XP , 2003 server platform. Uses SQL server for
data management. Proprietary software for data
processing inside meter, communication interface
and data management. Easy and user friendly
datas are made available to the provider for
customized billing and control procedures. Managem
ent information systems like Reports and graphs
at individual customer levels on consumption
pattern, deviation chart, meter status,
wastages, action taken report are generated for
analysis. Real time customized internal audit
reports are now possible. Accurate bill for each
consumer is produced on the consumption data for
calendar month. Monthly consumption data of more
than 12 months is stored and made
available. Events from meter are monitored,
Controlled and ensures real time action is taken.
