  • Ops verifies IC has the equipment and chemicals
    in place to meet the criteria
  • Use spreadsheet and audit survey

  • Night Managers need to know the level of Green
    purchased and what to look for
  • Biggest success factor is ridding the building of
    the old stuff
  • Non-negotiable with IC if they want to clean the
    building

  • QCMs need to present the program via the Quick

  • Explain the program as a new service
  • Be careful to only present to clean buildings
  • High soil and Green dont mix well
  • All suppliers have the goods

  • Assure the customer they are GREEN!!

  • Explain that we will use a reduced risk
    disinfectant and GS otherwise
  • Same strategy can be employed where needed like
    floorwork perhaps

  • Use bid sheet to resolve any other issues
