IMA Ireland Mission

• To be the industry voice for the Motivational
  Rewards and Incentive Marketing profession in
  Ireland .
• We will provide education, knowledge building and
  networking opportunities for our members from a
  national and international perspective.
• We will provide an active program of events for
  members in support of the above within Ireland
  and Europe.
• We will be a representative voice for the Gift
  Card industry in Ireland for members involved in
  that sector.

Our Objectives

• To deliver the ethos of IMA Europe within the
  Irish market and to bring the benefits of IMA
  Europe experience to its Irish members.
• The Ireland Council will
• Provide an active networking community for
  Incentive and Motivation practitioners, HR
  Managers, Marketers and end users in Ireland.
• Facilitate Ireland based member events (circa 4
  pa) where we will provide case studies in best
  practice in Motivational Incentive Management,
  international speakers and network building
  opportunities.
• Promote the enrolment of members from the
  Incentive Industry, Marketing and HR professions
  to the association.
• Introduction of the IMA Europe Diploma In
  Motivation education program to its membership.
• Provide access for members to a further 4-6 IMA
  Europe events outside of Ireland.

Who should consider membership?

• HR managers who are responsible for the design
  and implementation of Staff Motivation, Reward
  and Incentive programs.
• Marketing professionals tasked with consumer
  recruitment, customer retention and
  incentivisation.
• Industry practitioners and agencies engaged in
  supporting, supplying or educating motivation and
  incentive programs.
• Retailers and program managers involved in the
  Gift Card industry

Membership

• There are Two types of membership available
• Associate Member
• Direct Member
• Associate Member are companies who use or could
  use incentives in their
• HR, Sales or Marketing strategies and will also
  be members of many of our
• partner organisations.
• Introductory Annual Membership of 100 per
  annum.
• Direct Members are companies or businesss
  directly involved in the
• management or supply towards Incentives and
  Reward programmes.
• Annual Membership of 695 per annum
• Both have equal access to IMA Ireland events and
  activity
