• Positive pre-natal influences Proper nutrition,
  abstinence of alcohol drugs, stress
• Enabling environment Caring and consistent

  protection
• Good nutrition Balance and adequacy of
  micro-nutrients
• Health Care Preventive and treatment
• A good combination between them enables maximal
  growth and ripening of all the developmental
  systems
