- To provide affordable transportation to residents
in transitional housing, as they work towards
self-sufficiency and permanent housing - -Residents borrow bikes to ride to school, job
interviews, medical appts.,
training programs, shopping, etc. - -Onsite case managers administer and oversee
bike use and care

"The L.A. County Bicycle Coalition is excited to
be partnering with Diego Binatena on this
project. We believe that a bike share program is
a perfect fit for transitional homes by providing
a low-cost, healthy transportation alternative
that meets the needs of their clients and fits
with their goals of self-sufficiency.
