Geography
  • Ancient Greece was located in the southern region
    of the continent of Europe on land near the
    Mediterranean Sea.
  • Ancient Greece, a peninsula, was surrounded on
    three sides by the Mediterranean Sea.
  • The land was hilly and mountainous.

Characteristics
  • Characteristic Different traits
  • Physical Characteristics- Ancient Greece was
    located among mountains and hills, surrounded by
    the Mediterranean Sea, and had limited rich soil.
  • Human Characteristics- Ancient Greeks were
    farmers, shipbuilders, and traders.
