Tumbling Terminology
  • Static Balance It is a particular stunt that
    requires no movement of the .body.
  • Dynamic Balance Balancing the body while in
    motion
  • Rolling When the body rotates on the ground
    in various positions
  • Weight Transfer Weight is distributed in
    different directions while maintaining
    balance
  • Flight Stunts that are performed in the air
