Summary

• In Deep Time Diaries by Gary Raham It is about a
  family of paleontologists who go back in time to
  study dinosaurs. There are four people in the
  family. Greg (Dad) Miriam( Mom) Neesha and Jon.
  They are from the 22nd century and take a time
  capsule back in time when the dinosaurs lived.
  When they got there Jon and Neesha started
  writing diary entries about there experiences as
  they go in search of dinosaurs.

Exposition-Characters

• The Beginning characters introduced are Gregory
  Olifee and his wife Miriam and their two kids Jon
  and Neesha. They are paleontologists who are in
  search of Dinosaurs.

Exposition-Setting

• The setting of the story takes place in
  Australia.

Expositon-Initiating Action

• The Olifee family sought answers to those
  questions, only to become trapped inside the
  chamber while the bug-bots transformed the
  chamber into a working space shuttle. When the
  shuttled launched its self out of the asteroid.
  They found themselves hurtling through a
  wormhole.

Rising Action

• They land back in time and are in search of
  dinosaurs. On day 8 Jon comes and finds a 60 foot
  tall Hadrosaurus Munching pine boughs at the edge
  of a small forest.

Climax/Turning Point

• Mr. Olifee looked over his she shoulder and found
  a triceratops cow with her two calves. Jon
  stumbled into one of the calves That was sleeping
  it was the size of a boulder the calf bleated
  and jumped up very angry When it was them. The
  mama caught there scent and charged. So they
  retreated to the shuttle and left.

Falling Action

• On day 12 they are packing everything up in the
  shuttle there stands a huge t-rex staring them in
  the face. The shuttle circled him once and before
  leaving and the rexs roar made a tingling on
  Jons neck and they went back in time to the 22nd
  century.
