Offense

• 2 steps
• Hold the ball for 3 seconds
• Cannot step foot in Crease (3 points line)
• Dropped pass Turnover
• Broken rule results in turnover

Defense

• Can block path to goal with body
• Cannot slap ball out of hand
• Cannot step in Crease

General Rules

• If ball hits wall automatic turnover
• If ball hits wall behind goal it is goalies throw
  regardless of who last touched ball
• When foul is committed it is a free throw from
  spot of infraction.
• After every goal play begins with a throw off
  from center circle
• Cannot score from free throw

• Cannot stall, have to make effort to go forward
• 5 field players per team
• 1 GK per team
