• we call this theory - HELIOCENTRISM
• he proved that the Earth rotates around its axis

• he supported the theory of heliocentrism
• he came to a conviction that Space is endless/
  limitless and that it consists of innumerable set
  of suns and planets
• ended up in conflict with the Church
• in the 1600 he was burned at the stake as a
  heretic

  ideas
• in the end he revoked
