14Parallels in Revelation 7
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of
heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach
unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every
nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.
Rev. 146
15Parallels in Revelation 7
And they sung as it were a new song before the
throne, and before the four beasts, and the
elders and no man could learn that song but the
hundred and forty and four thousand, which were
redeemed from the earth. Rev. 143.
16Parallels in Revelation 7
The only ones who can sing this special song are
those who have passed through the time of
trouble those who have stood firmly for Gods
truth when all the world wondered after the
beast those who have witnessedfirst handthe
terrible effects of the last plagues and survived.
17Parallels in Revelation 7
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was
not since the beginning of the world to this
time, no nor ever shall be. And except those days
be shortened, there should no flesh be saved . .
. Matthew 2421, 22
18This is why Jesus said that His coming would be
like a thief the wicked are NOT watching for
Him and are suddenly surprized by His appearance
in the heavens which are rolled open to make way
for Him and His army of holy angels.
19But the righteous will cry Lo, this is our God,
we have waited for Him!
because they were watching for His appearance
they have faith and confidence in His promise to
redeem them from evil.
20Parallels in Revelation 7
The song of Moses in Rev. 153 gets its title
from the parallel (the type) in Exodus 151-19.
Like ancient Israel at the Red Sea, the 144,000
at the end of time are miraculously delivered
when every chance for survival seems to have
evaporated.
21Parallels in Revelation 7
The song of the Lamb in Rev. 153 is a song of
triumph through the Lambs victory and power over
death and the grave.
The 144,000 do not experience death or the grave,
because they are translated alive from this world
just as it is suffering near total destruction
and all seems hopeless.
22Parallels in Revelation 7
And round about the throne were four and twenty
seats and upon the seats I saw four and twenty
elders sitting clothed in white raiment. . .
Rev. 44. And when He had taken the book, the
four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down
before the Lamb . . . Rev. 58.
And all the angels stood round about the throne,
and about the elders and the four beasts, and
fell before the throne on their faces, and
worshipped God . . . and one of the elders
answered, saying unto me, What are these which
are arrayed in white robes and whence came
they? Rev. 711, 13.

And he shewed me a pure river of water of life,
clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of
God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street

the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of
fruits, and yielded her fruit every month and
the leaves of the tree were for the healing of
the nations. Rev. 221, 2.
