Module 12 Evaluation

• Module goal
• To provide trainers with insight into the
  effectiveness of their training materials and
  methods and to offer participants a structured
  way to comment on the training and learning
  process.
• This training module is supported by an
  evaluation tool that has been chosen as an
  alternative to more typically used models. The
  evaluation model used is considered to provide
  more meaningful and constructive feedback and
  allow for genuine improvements in course design
  and delivery.
