    using human waists was very important in china
    and japan for fertilizer because cow manure was
    less common.

Aqueducts
  • The Romans constructed many aqueducts from other
    water sources to their town which gave them
    baths, fountains and water to households. Also
    the Romans sewage was released through complex
    systems into nearby bodies of water keeping these
    towns clean. The first Aqueducts in Rome supplied
    a water fountain. And by third century AD they
    had eleven aquaducts which provided water to over
    one million Romans
