Summary of 2001
  • 2001 Characterized by Rethinking Refocus
  • Further deterioration in economic environment
  • Declining membership and revenue
  • Forced us to change our strategies
  • examined existing services, sought out new
    revenue sources and re-structuring the
    organization
  • Strategy focused on strategic alliances
  • by combining our resources, can accomplish more
  • AP organizations, MoU with other regional
    Internet Assoc
  • US Chamber of Commerce, Conference endorsement

  • Merging with APRICOT

    Sept to discuss about the next steps
  • This is a Huge Responsibility for APIA
  • APIA provides legal umbrella for APRICOT
