Comprehensive Planning and Land Development
Regulation Act - Requires all municipalities to adopt Local
Government Comprehensive Plans that guide future
growth and development. - Must contain "elements" that address future land
use, housing, transportation, infrastructure,
conservation, recreation and open space,
intergovernmental coordination, and capital
