• Takes Worship as a lifestyle seriously
• Lives a life of integrity and holiness.
• Has personal time with God daily
• Studies the Bible
• Prays daily for the congregation and for every
  member of the music team.
• Prepares in advance
• Chooses and practices songs before the weekend
• Communicates with the preacher and music team

A Good Worship Leader(During the meeting)

• Leads worship by worshipping.
• Has a hunger to bridge the gap between those
  who prefer differing musical styles.
• Seeks the glory of God, deflects attention
  from self
• Dresses in style but modestly.
• Talks only to provide context or reveal Gods
  nature.
• Is heard, but not distracting (plays to express,
  not for effect).
• Occasionally moves to the side and/or has
  pew Sundays.
• Focuses on the redemptive work of Christ.
• Is open to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
