What is a Dozer?
  • A crawler equipped with a substantial metal plate
    (known as a blade), used to push large quantities
    of soil, sand, rubble, etc, during construction
    work.

What is a Dozer?
  • James A. Cummings and J. Earl McLeod are credited
    with the first bulldozer designs in 1923.
  • Companies such as Fiat-Allis, John Deere,
    International Harvester, Case, Liebherr, Terex
    and JCB produce dozers and earthmoving equipment
    on large scales.
