HOW TECHNOLOGY WILL BE USED WITHIN PETPRO

• Technology will be used solely within the
  accounting and finance department
• Will save PETPro money dont have to go to an
  outside company for preparation of tax forms
• Program will also help save man hours needed to
  complete tax registration.

Critique of the Template

• Pros
• good layout and easy to follow numbered
  questions
• Related questions placed together
• Rating scale made it easier to choose product

Cons - unable to answer certain questions
were unless purchasing the software. - Data
sheet made it difficult to create pivot table -
Data sheet also made it difficult to order items
properly.

Conclusions

• We decided to use the QuickTax software to use at
  petPRO.
• QuickTax is easy to implement it works on all
  operating systems.
• Automatic updates good feature for keeping up
  with a changing business world.
• Costs less in the long run, unlimited of T2 tax
  returns allowed, we will not have to pay for
  extras if needed.
• Includes the provincial forms for Saskatchewan,
  Grifftax does not.
