Military Operations in Urban Terrain Focus Area
Collaborative Team (MOUT FACT)
  • Mission
  • Facilitate MOUT modeling and simulation (MS) by
  • Identifying critical deficiencies in MOUT MS and
    publishing a research plan
  • Soliciting proposals to address these
    deficiencies
  • Reviewing and evaluating proposals to identify a
    best slate of proposals
  • Monitoring progress of funded projects
  • Ensure that proposed research is being done in a
    collaborative, cooperative manner by established
    subject matter experts (SME).
  • Supports 3 MS Domains
  • Advanced Concepts and Requirements (ACR)
  • Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA)
  • Training, Exercises and Military Operations (TEMO)
