9.4.1 Introduction

• Characteristic
• Two work state stable state?metastable state
• if triggered by external pulse it will from
  stable state come into metastable state, hold a
  period and then turn back stable state
  automatically .
• Metastable state hold time decided by circuit
  parameter, has nothing to do with trigger pulse.
