Submit the accomplished APB together with the
required supporting documents
STEP 2
Check completeness of documents

• NOTES
• The member-borrower shall bring the original
  copies of the required supporting documents for
  authentication.
• The release of claim proceeds shall be thru
• a. DV/Check or
• b. Landbank Payroll Credit Validation System
  (PACSVAL)/Philippine Domestic Dollar Transfer
  System (PDDTS)

4.1 If thru DV/Check releasing On the date of
release, present the Acknowledgement Receipt and
at least 2 valid IDs

4.2 If thru PACSVAL/PDDTS releasing On the date
of release, withdraw claim proceeds.
Credit claim proceeds

• Membership shall be terminated anytime upon the
  occurrence of any of the following
• Membership Maturity
• Retirement
• Total Disability/Insanity
• Separation from Service by Health Reason
• Permanent Departure from the Philippines
• Death

• PROCESSING TIME
• 1 working day - for release of additional death
  benefit
• 3 working days - for regular claims
• 7 working days - for claims with contributions
  from other branch
• 30 working days - for Optional Withdrawal
