FATAL ELECTROCUTION
On Friday 23rd May 2003 a fatal electrocution
occurred on MBPS Hoist-4 Camp Please note the
following - for your immediate attention/action.

• Action With immediate effect the on-site repair
  of domestic equipment which contains High Voltage
  components is STRICTLY PROHIBITED (Such equipment
  includes Microwave ovens, Television sets/PC
  monitors, electric insect killers.etc). These
  types of equipment should be returned to an
  Authorised Vendor for repair.
• Further actions will be notified on completion
  of the full investigation.
