  • A Program Element (PE) is an OSD construct that
    is a description of a mission by the
    identification of the organizational entities and
    resources needed to perform the assigned mission.
  • A Program is a set of activities directed toward
    a common purpose, objective, or goal undertaken
    or proposed by an agency in order to carry out
    responsibilities/mission assigned to it.
