Coordination Cell Goal

• Incorporate as part of the JKDDC governance model
  a coordination cell to meet semi-annually to
  assist JKDDC in achieving its joint individual
  training and education objectives through
  effective collaboration, identification and
  execution of joint requirements as part of a
  strategic roadmap.

Objectives

• Achieve a better understanding of strategic
  intentions/requirements for JKDDC from principal
  stakeholder perspectives
• Discuss strategies that will actively engage
  principal partners in collaborations which will
  meet OSD, CJCS and JFCOM objectives for
  individual training relevancy in support of Joint
  Task Force operations
• Provide a framework for a JKDDC Strategic Roadmap
  which will inform stakeholders of JKDDC
  investments across the POM FY-08-13
