REPORTING
When you report unsafe act/action or condition,
you are preventing a possible accident. You are
serving the interests of everybody by promoting
Safety. When you evaluate work conditions with
the purpose of improving safety, eliminating
hazards, you are initiating
ACTIVE PREVENTION.
