• Rudra Environmental Solution (India) Ltd started
  by young
• Entrepreneurs who are passionate about the nature
  and
• environment.
• Even though the company came into existence in
  2009 as a
• Public Limited entity, the research and trails
  on recycling of
• plastic waste have been going on for more than
  two years.
• We as citizens felt it was our civic duty to do
  something about
• the growing problem of plastic waste and for
  that reason only
• we started working on a process of disintegration
  of plastic.

PLASTIC BACKGROUNG

• Plastic being an inevitable part of our life
  which plays
• important role in domestic industrial utility.
  It has wide
• range of applications due to its unique
  properties. Although
• plastic got its various advantages it has got
  some
• disadvantages too.
• Basically plastic is a Non Degradable/non
  perishable.
• Annually, between 15 and 30 billion plastic bags
  are discarded directly into the worlds waters
  and environments.
• They break into smaller pieces and more toxic
  polymers that spread across soils, waters, and
  bottoms and find their way into aquatic food
  chains.

RUDRAS APPROCH

• After two years of research and trials We Rudra
• Environmental Solution India Ltd have been
• successful in getting rid of non-degradable
  polymer
• waste by Gasolysis process and generating poly
  fuel
• from such plastic waste.
• The trials have been successful in disintegration
  of all
• kind of plastic from old plastic waste, bottles,
  small
• micron bags even the food pouches food
  wrappers,
• cable covers old tyre.

RUDRA PROCESS
GASOLYSIS is the decomposition of a condensed
substance by heating. It does not involve
reactions with oxygen or any other reagents but
can take place in their presence. The waste
plastic is converted in to Polyfuel by process of
Catalytic Gasolysis Process. The yield produced
is almost 50 to 55 of the plastic waste
disintegrated.

RUDRA PROCESS
The process provides an integrated plastic waste
processing system which offers an alternative to
landfill disposal, incineration, and
recyclingwhile being a viable, economical, and
environmentally-responsible waste management
solution.   The Rudra Process can easily handle
plastic that is contaminated with other kinds of
waste such as, dirt, water, etc.

RUDRA PROCESS
As a result, a key advantage of this process is
that the plastic wastes do not need to be
pre-sorted, cleaned or dried prior to processing,
which in turn significantly reduces the overall
cost of operation.The output poly fuel can be
further processed in a refinery or used to power
low-rpm machines such as electric generation
turbines.

RUDRAS PLANT DETAILS
All the plants are custom made with taking in to
account the requirement, budget special
adjustments. The typical plant available in the
capacity of 300 Kg per day plastic waste up to 5
M.T. /day The plant can be made from 300kg waste
plastic per day to any required capacity. The
yield produced is almost 50 to 55 of the plastic
waste disintegrated.
