Things to be considered in the implementation of
Uniform Ordinance Violation Receipt (UOVR)

1. The LGU is not required to fill up all the fields
   in the UOVR, policy is set by the LGU.
2. Every LGU UOVR booklet should have a cover page
   that contains LGU specific violation,
   corresponding codes and other pertinent
   information, to assist enforcers in filling up
   the UOVR.

Conditions Relating to UOVR

2. UOVR issued to driver/motorist, payable within 7 working days from date of citation at any Metrobank branch Payable at venue indicated at the back of UOVR

5. Traffic Officers should issue TVR in complete uniform with visible name plates LGU Policies
6. UOVR shall be issued to Traffic Officers one booklet at a time LGU Policies
7. In the event that a Traffic Violation would warrant the confiscation of the drivers license the UOVR shall be valid within the date of citation to enable the driver to reach his/her destination or garage. Temporary license during days of validity
Driving with an overdue UOVR is a ground for impounding the vehicle (Driving without license)

Overdue UOVR

• MMDA Issued using the UOVR as a license the day
  after issuance, assuming Drivers License was
  confiscated.
• LGU Issued using the UOVR as a temporary
  license beyond the validity period of the issuing
  LGU as indicated at the back.

How to Determine the Validity as a Temporary
License

• Disregard the first date or day of the
  apprehension. (example for validity of 5 working
  days)
