Title: My Personality

1
My Personality
  • Identify and summarize personal characteristics

2
  • What is Personality anyway?
  • Do you ever wonder why whenever we describe
someones personality, we usually refer to the
attitude and behavior? It is because our
attitudes speak of our personality. But there is
more to behavior and attitude that comprises a
    persons character. Our emotional, mental,
spiritual, and physical well-being all build up
    our so-called personality.

What is the Keirsey Temperament Assessment?
  • The Keirsey Temperament Sorter (KTS) is a
    self-assessed personality questionnaire designed
to help people better understand themselves and
others. It was first introduced in the book
Please Understand Me. The KTS is closely
associated with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI) however, there are significant practical
and theoretical differences between the two

As Concrete Cooperators, Guardians speak mostly
of their duties and responsibilities, of what
they can keep an eye on and take good care of,
and they're careful to obey the laws, follow the
rules, and respect the rights of others.
As Abstract Utilitarian, Rationals speak mostly
of what new problems intrigue them and what new
solutions they envision, and always pragmatic,
they act as efficiently as possible to achieve
their objectives, ignoring arbitrary rules and
conventions if need be.
As Abstract Cooperators, Idealists speak mostly
of what they hope for and imagine might be
possible for people, and they want to act in good
conscience, always trying to reach their goals
without compromising their personal code of
ethics.
As Concrete, Artisans speak mostly about what
they see right in front of them, about what they
can get their hands on, and they will do whatever
works, whatever gives them a quick, effective
payoff, even if they have to bend the rules.
