Basic positioning

• U1, B Positions
• Anytime there is NOT a runner at 1B and a runner
  at 2B.
• U1, A Position
• Anytime there is a runner at 1B.

U3, C Position Anytime there is a runner at
1B. U3, D Positions No runners. Anytime
there is NOT a runner at 1B.

If a BU goes out, he stays out. Revert back to
2-Umpire Mechanics. U1 only goes out if in A
position and U3 only goes out if in D
position. U1 or U3 never goes out from the B or C
position.
