A 27-year-old G1 at 38 weeks gestation is being
seen in the OB clinic. She has had some "cramps"
and wonders of they are contractions. She asks
you if her child is in the correct position
because she feels something round near the
uterine fundus.  You perform Leopold maneuvers
and agree that the fetus is breech.  You
perform an NST, AFI and discuss performing an
external cephalic version.  Please define and
describe the procedures done for this patient and
