ground floor of the north-west tower of the
Cathedral.
6This Chapel was dedicated in 1925 to the memory
of Field Marshal Lord Kitchener (1850-1916) and
the servicemen who died in the Great War of
1914-18

9Safely housed inside the Cathedral are the Honour
Rolls of the Commonwealth Engineer units of World
War 1.
10The Rolls had been paid for by public
subscription in the various countries England,
Australia, Canada etc.
