  • Functional Specifications are out (HRMS Web
    site)
  • 32 of 35 interfaces have been published to
    agencies
  • The remaining three (agency-specific) will be
    published by July 8
  • All agencies should review the interfaces for
    applicability
  • We know the agencies that require these
    interfaces but
  • Other agencies may be able to use these
    interfaces for other reporting needs
  • Specs contain scope, file layouts, open issues,
    review comments
  • A field mapping matrix between Pay1 and HRMS is
    available
  • Agencies need to start IT development work now
  • HRMS Readiness Coaches are ready to help triage
    questions
  • As issues are closed, updates will be published

    clean-up workshop
  • The data clean-up reports will be released by
    functional area, not by employee
  • Data clean-up efforts will be prioritized based
    on criticality to HRMS processing
