- Functional Specifications are out (HRMS Web
site) - 32 of 35 interfaces have been published to
agencies - The remaining three (agency-specific) will be
published by July 8 - All agencies should review the interfaces for
applicability - We know the agencies that require these
interfaces but - Other agencies may be able to use these
interfaces for other reporting needs - Specs contain scope, file layouts, open issues,
review comments - A field mapping matrix between Pay1 and HRMS is
available - Agencies need to start IT development work now
- HRMS Readiness Coaches are ready to help triage
questions - As issues are closed, updates will be published
- Joint testing starts in September
