I would propose the following fixes
option1 add an action to change location of the
Cell. I know of two actions
that can do this add Move (from location to
location) add Arrive (from location to near
object) option2 modify Endocytosis because
location near the Cell is
not necessary

patient (the Virus) should be near of the
