1. The Minister may prescribed any
activity 2. EIA report should be submitted to the
DG of the Environment before project
approval 3. The DG may approve EIA report with or
without conditions 4. The DG may not approve the
EIA report and a revised report may be
required 5. More than one report may be
required 6. Project cannot start until EIA
approved 7. Status of compliance 8. Penalties Fi
ne RM100,000.00 or Imprisonment 5
years or RM1,000.00 for every day the offence
is continued
