    employee requests in order to generative a
    document interactively using pre-established
    system rules.

  • GMAC Insurance users generate correspondence
    anywhere in the nation which allows GMAC to
    recognize increased volume savings in their print
    and mail contract with Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes
    and GMAC Insurance are strong partners capable of
    producing a complete document management model.

Challenge A lack of a dynamic enterprise wide
tool to manage the coordination of freights for
shipping, booking, and invoicing within and
outside of Horizon Lines resulted in more
employee head count and errors. Approach Design
a powerful, robust application that allows end
users requesting freight information to request
shipping, booking, and invoicing. Results Custome
rs (Sams Club, WalMart, Lowes, Proctor Gamble,
Toyota, Honda, and the U.S. Military) are able to
send requests via a simple file which is fed into
the application tool which converts the
information and feeds it into a database
seamlessly. Customers can request shipping
services on their own. The solution provides for
more accuracy and less employee resources.

    Customers have a clean interface (web site) from
    which to view products at various angles,
    close-ups, and other views. Customers can order
    products online and ship them from the U.S.,
    Canada, UK, Japan, and China.

    their stock account. Customers can also

    using chat features instilled in the solution.
