• Bud is living in Flint.
• Bud was adopted by the Amoses.
• He ran away because, the Amos locked him in a
  shed.
• He tried to see Miss. Hill but she moved to IL.
• He tried to go to IL but he got caught by a guy.
• Bud found out that Herman E. Calloway was his
  grandpa.

Bud Runs Away

• I think Bud should of ran away.
• He went to find his dad and found out that the
  guy how he though was his dad was his grandpa.

Plot

• Bud ran away from the Amos's house.
• Bud gets caught by a man.
• Bud gets in the car and drives off with it and
  finally stops.
• Bud goes to look for his dad Herman E. Calloway.
• Bud at the end of the story finds out that Herman
  E. Calloway is his grandpa.

Setting Description

• Bud got in trouble so the Amos sent him to the
  shed. It was dark, dusty, and it had a hornets
  nest, and a fish head that he got cut on there
  also was a tiny whole just big enough so he could
  see out side. Bud finally got out and ran away.

Character Description

• Bud seemed like a nice boy. Bud was a smart boy
  to run away from the Amos because who knows what
  they could do next to him if he hadnt ran away.
  Bud they didnt describe him that much. Bud had a
  cut on his hand from the fish he is African
  American, dark hair.
• Herman E. Calloway was mean at first but at the
  end he found out that Bud was his grandson he was
  nice. He was old and mean, tall.
• Bugs was nice a good friend to Bud he lived in
  Grand Rapids. They didnt give a description
  about Bugs.

• Ingratitude I am not the least bit surprised at
  your show of ingratitude. Of his attitude how he
  acts.
• Arguing It was to hard to hear from all the
  people crying and arguing. All the yelling.
• Conscience I do hope your conscience plagues. A
  type of science.
• Conclusions Now before we jump into any
  conclusions. Not to go so fast.
• Pullman Weve been negotiating to get a union
  for the Pullman porters for years now. Someone
  who pulls something.

• It started at 1929 and lasted until about 1939 it
  was the longest and most severe depression ever
  experienced. It started in the United States but
  quickly turned into a world wide economic slump.
  By the early 1932 it reached 6 million workers
  and 25 percent of the work force. Almost all
  nations sought to protect their domestic
  production by imposing tariffs. The U.S. economy
  had experienced rapid economic growth a financial
  excess in the late 1920s.
