- IVMS is mandatory for all Schlumberger since
1998. - All our high and medium risk Land Transport
contractors installed IVMS since Oct 1st 2005. - Conforming with the OGP Land Transportation
safety recommended practices.

- IVMS provides SLB managers with a huge amount of
data on individual driver performance histories. - Driver RAG performance reports are generated
monthly and published on notice boards and
website. - Used at site location level to provide driver
Feedback, Coaching for improvement and Rewarding
best Drivers.

- Red indicates unacceptable driving performance
intervention is necessary. - Amber indicates that improvement is required.
- Green indicates that the driver is consistently
driving within company parameters

- Progressive improvement in performance is
observed after feedback and coaching. - Without the intervention and coaching, there
would have been no improvement. - Targeting individual behavior also increases
overall site performance. - By identifying high risk exposures and reducing
them, accident rates and driver performance

- Each CEO to install and effectively manage IVMS
