• Wide membership enables the occurance of
  effective mutual cooperation. Mutual cooperation
  in ancticipating the risks means the health ones
  help the sick ones, the people who do not happen
  to have calamity help the unfortunate ones. The
  mutual cooperation may also be in the form of
  mutual cooperation between generations, that is
  the young helps the old or between earning level,
  that is the higher earnings help the lover

their social security. Every employee who works
whether in a big company, middle company, or
small company has the right to have Employees
Social Security. Basic protection enables to be
joined by any enterpreneurs and employees because
the cost is reachable.

f. Poverty Prevention
As a matter of fact, Employees Social Security
Program (Program Jamsostek) has been actively
realizing the protection of working safety and
composure which have increased employees and
their families prosperity, especially after
conducting Security of Health Care Program (JPK).
The Most thing we proud of is that the Employees
Social Security Program from the very beginning
of its existence has had a big role in taking out
the poverty from employees and their families
life. In the other word, this program is one of
our government programs which actively humanizes
the employees and their families and increase
their human values and dignity.

every enterpreneurs obligation to responsible in
giving working accident compensation of their
employees, eventhough they have not been included
to the membership of Social Security Program for
the reason of disobeying the rule of membership
or incompleting the steps of becoming a member
