INTRODUCTION
  • Ignited Minds is a very well known book written
    by Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam on 15th
    October in 1931.
  • Dr. A.P.J.Kalam was Ex-President of India and in
    today's world he is recognized as the visionary
    of youth in India.
  • He has written this book to basically wake up the
    youth of India to enlighten their minds and
    become the bright future of India.

  • Attractive in its simplicity and extraordinary in
    its potential, here is an excellent and thought
    provoking books for all Indians, especially
    youth.
  • The author says that India has lots of skills,
    resources and talents to make our country a
    developed nation but they go underused and
    unused.

    experiences and quotations of great personalities
    of all walk.

    power.

    activity. The young especially have to be guided
    properly, so that their lives find a proper
    direction and their creativity is allowed to
    flower. To facilitate this, certain educational
    reforms must be initiated.

    few key areas and efforts across sectors and
    organizations.

EVALUATION OF BOOK
  • The major strength of this book lies in the name
    itself where to ignite the minds of the youth who
    can bring revolutions in the world and can change
    the scenario of the nation.
  • Weakness of this book lies in just dealing with
    the matters of youth and enlighten their minds
    whereas India is being ruled by many age old
    people who also need to be motivated to bring
    revolutions that a right for the nation and that
    too through fair means.

  • Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam wrote this book with an aim
    to ignite the minds of youth so that India turns
    into a developed nation by the year 2020 for
    through out his career he always relied on the
    potentials of the youth power, he in fact has
    every time preferred to work with young team.
  • He through this book has clearly justifies the
    title unleashing the power within India.
