The Problem

• Difficulty recruiting recent engineering
  graduates to Northrop Grumman (NG)
• Competition

The Solution

• Create a game to increase interest in NG and its
  products
• Excellent medium for target demographic
• Quick insight into what NG does
• More engaging than pamphlets
• Increasing interest in the industry is enough

The ETCs Role

• Prototype a recruiting game for Integrated
  Systems Division
• Provide insight as to how the prototype can be
  further developed and expanded to all the
  divisions within NG
• Working with Mark Conger (Project Manager, Video
  Game Technology Project)
