• B) Water Fountain Solution

• Add PLATE ETCH to plate after attaching plate
• Add a layer of fountain solution to plate after
  Etch

• Blanket Wash
• Use Blanket Wash to clean up and wipe off any
  excess ink.

• Two on-off switches
• 1) Machine Motor
• 2) Vacuum pump

• Line up the plate with the holes and make crease
• Pull tight as you roll in the plate
• Attach lower plate Tighten screws

• Make Sure Blanket is CLEAN
• Check to see if ALL gates are shut
• Lever is in NEUTRAL
• Turn Press ON
• Move Lever to INK for 5 Rotations
• Move Lever to NEUTRAL
• Turn OFF Press and Inspect

• Check to see if any stray marks
• Adjust Ink or Fountain Solution if necessary

• After Inspection Close gates, Lever in Neutral
  and Turn Press ON
• Lever to INK then to IMAGE for 5 Rotations
• Move Lever to NEUTRAL and Turn Press OFF

• Inspect Blanket for Flaws
• Close Gates
• Make sure Lever is in NEUTRAL and turn Press ON

• Move Lever to INK
• Check to see if Paper is loaded and in Proper
  Place
• Turn Vacuum ON
• Send paper through by lifting Lever on RIGHT SIDE

• When Printing is DONE
• Move Lever to NEUTRAL turn OFF
• Clean Plate and Blanket with BLANKET WASH
• Remove Plate
• Remove Paper from Tray
