1
How Can Teachers Add Values to Their Class?
2
Why Values Are Important?
3
How Can Teachers Increase the Value of a Class?
  • School and university teachers have contributed
greatly to the development and are also the
backbone of the country. Because young people are
the future of society and teacher education has a
big impact on them. A sufficient amount and
knowledge can help her in their career growth.

4
Ways Teachers Can Add Value to a Class
5
Use the Think-Pair-Share strategy
  • This pairing strategy is used by teachers in
small groups. Here the teacher asks the class a
question or problem. Teachers then ask students
to choose a partner and share their thoughts.
Sharing their thoughts and views will help them
    improve their knowledge.

6
Give Plenty of Time to Think Carefully
  • Teachers often overestimate how long they stay
after asking a question before doing anything.
Let students think because those who are less
proficient or confident often need more time to
formulate an answer.  Teacher can also advice
students to avail take my online class for me who
    face issues.

7
Strengthen Your Arguments
  • It is always advisable not to raise your voice,
but to strengthen your arguments. Identify which
students are often afraid of mutual disagreement.
Respond to concerns with instructions and
    encourage them to disagree effectively.

8
Analyze Ideas
  • Try to analyze students' ideas and thoughts. It
is not necessary for the student to agree or
disagree with the rest of the class. Do
everything in an attractive and efficient way
    with value.

9
Listen carefully
  • Ask one student for an answer and then ask the
other student to respond to what the first
student said. Pay close attention to the words of
each student. Don't always let the teacher just
listen to the topper's words. Always be honest
with all students in the class.

10
Summarize the Answers
  • Listen carefully to the students as they say. Ask
an important, inspiring question and then testify
on board or electronically. Different answers
from students Before commenting on one of them,
    summarize what the students said.
