Consider - what are we ultimately trying to
achieve? Lets get a move on

• When weve got there, what will it be like for
  the citizen when interacting with a typical
  council /government / public sector, and with
  fully joined up service delivery across the
  Northern Ireland public sector?
• Who delivers the services and does it matter?
• And most importantly, what joined up e-government
  projects can be delivered quickly?

Workshop structure

• 20 mins. Each of three groups considers what
  joined up and non-joined up e-government projects
  are needed.
• 15 mins. Each group spends 5 mins reporting on
  what e-government projects are needed /achievable
  using their flip chart page. If an earlier group
  has covered an item then the group says nothing
  (other than that its been covered).
• 10 mins. Figuring which of these can be delivered
  quickly.
• 10 mins. Voting on the priorities.
