  • In the Yo form of tener, the letter g appears
  • Yo Tengo
  • (I have)

Notice the letter I
  • After the Yo form we see the appearance of the
    letter I in the tú, él/ella/ud, and
    ella/ellas/uds. forms
  • Tú tienes (you have)
  • Él tiene (he has)
