1Guide to the legend and filtering assessments
2Once you have logged in you will arrive at the
page below.
3Click on More Filters to reveal more options
for filtering your assessments.
4You will now see some drop down menus which you
can use to locate the assessment(s) you are
looking for.
5You can now view assessments from the last 6, 12
or 24 months. Choose the appropriate option then
click on Filter View.
6You can filter your assessment(s) by selecting
the teacher that created them or you can type in
the assessment number if you know what it is. Do
this and then click on Filter View.
7You can filter your assessment(s) by test type
and then clicking on Filter View.
8You can filter your assessment(s) by subject and
then clicking on Filter View.
9You can filter your assessment(s) by class name
and then click on Filter View.
10You can also now filter your assessment(s) by
Results Waiting to be Marked or Reports to
View. Do this by ticking the appropriate tick
boxes and clicking on Filter View.
11When you have located your assessment(s) you will
see various symbols that relate to their status.
Click on the Show Legend tab to reveal what
they mean.
12If you see the assessment is locked symbol,
this means that it is locked and cannot be used
again until it has been unlocked. If you see the
assessment is unlocked symbol, it can be used
freely. You can lock or unlock an assessment by
clicking on the padlock icon in the commands
column.
13When you see the Assessment has reports icon
this means that the assessment has been marked
and reports are available for you to view. You
can view the reports by clicking on the View
Reports icon in the commands column.
14When you see the Assessment waiting to be
marked icon this means that the assessment has
been sat by pupils and has data that is waiting
to be marked by us.
15When you see the Mark Assessment icon, it means
that you can send your assessment to us for
marking. You can do this by clicking on the icon
in the commands column.
16When you see the View Assessment icon you can
see the pupils that sat the assessment and edit
if necessary before you send it to us for
marking. You can do this by clicking on the icon
in the commands column.
17When you see the Delete Assessment icon you can
delete the assessment from the list if you no
longer require it. You can do this by clicking on
the icon in the commands column. Please note that
once you have deleted an assessment it cannot be
recovered.
