Multi-hazard Emergency Operations Plan
  • Must provide for
  • Employee training in response to an emergency
  • Mandatory school drills
  • Coordination with local emergency management
    agencies, law enforcement and fire departments
  • Implement a security audit

Grant Goal
  • Increase the ability of a significant number of
    schools in South Texas to respond more
    effectively to any crisis or emergency which in
    turn increases the safety of all students, staff
    and the community during and after a crisis.
