Welcome

• The Using Breeze to Bring Guest Speakers into
  the Classroom seminar will begin promptly at
  1230.
• If you need help configuring your sound, please
  send a message in the Chat window. You should
  hear music playing now.
• Click the arrow buttons to the right of the
  PowerPoint slides to view additional slides.
• Click the Full Screen button in the lower left
  corner of the PowerPoint slides to enlarge the
  presentation. Click the Full Screen button
  again to toggle back to normal size.

Set your Connection Speed

• From the Meeting menu, select My Connection
  Speed
• Select the item that best describes your
  connection

Check Your Microphone and Speakers

• From the Meeting menu, select Audio Setup
  Wizard
• Complete the steps to see if your microphone
  and/or speakers are connected properly

Respond to a Poll Question

• To respond to a poll question placed on the
  screen by a meeting Host, click the button beside
  the answer you want to select. Some polls may
  allow you to select more than one answer.

Download Files

• To download files from the meeting room, select
  the file in the File Share pod and click the
  Save To My Computer button.

Communicate with the Host

• Use the emoticons under the My Status menu in
  the Attendee List pod to communicate with the
  meeting Host.

Make the Share Pod Full Screen

• In the lower left corner of the Share pod, click
  the Full screen button. Click the button a
  second time to return the Share pod to normal
  size.

Use Chat to communicate publicly or privately
