Original Count
The number of scanned original sheets can be
counted and displayed before copying is executed.
By allowing you to check the number of original
sheets that were scanned, this helps reduce the
occurrence of copy mistakes.
  • You must set each settings (duplex, Staple,
    etc.) in advance.
  • After scanning is finished, check the number of
    sheets that were scanned and touch the OK key.

Destination Confirmation Mode (New)
Overview This function confirms Fax
addresses.Before users start sending Faxes, they
are asked to confirm the addresses or to enter
the addresses again. The scope of this function
is to reduce risks that data might be sent to a
third party, when wrong Individual keys are
pressed or wrong addresses are directly entered.
Restrictions When this function is enabled,
multiple addresses cannot be entered to avoid
wrong sending., Selecting Group addresses or
broadcasting to Fax addressed is disabled.
Ask the user to enter the Fax number again to
check it. If wrong numbers are entered for the
third time in a row, the setting and address are
cleared.
The address name and Fax number is displayed
again to ask the user to check them.
