HIPPI on the web

• Rules
• The CERN-based HIPPI site will host all official
  and public documents related to HIPPI.
• It will be linked from the CARE web-site.
• Work Package coordinators are encouraged to have
  their own site. It will then be mirrored inside
  the HIPPI site.
• Partner laboratories can have a site for their
  own contribution to HIPPI.
• Site creation shall be announced to all partners
  and properly linked with the others.

EDMS

• What is EDMS ?
• (Engineering Data Management System) is the
  standard CERN tool for reliable archiving with
  broad access world-wide.
• It deals with written documents (minutes,
  reports, etc.) as well as drawings and multimedia
  items.
• Web-sites can link to EDMS pages and documents.
• Proton linac developments at CERN (SPL) are
  being integrated in EDMS (coordinator K. Hanke).
• HIPPI data will be part of it.
• IPHI EDMS will be hosted in IN2P3.
